While it says “serve cool” I actually prefer it closer to room temperature – makes me feel like I’m sitting with CS Lewis discussing theology. Hey, good idea to start an Ale & Theology club. I’m calling The Wooly right now to set it up.

It says “drink cool” not “serve cool” and besides, I think that is refering to the drinker not the drink.

Makes me wonder if all along people were wishing that I wrote on beer – I’m not qualified to write a beer blog – then again what are my qualifications for writing a wine blog? 60,000 readers could be wrong?
